Recruiter and staffing agency postings reach a job board through the board's own listing tools. An employer's applicant tracking system board is different: it is the employer's publishing surface, and a third party cannot insert a listing into it.
DirectJobSource polls those boards directly and shows only what each employer published. Companies that are themselves staffing agencies or consultancies are flagged by a rule based classifier and excluded by default, and the flag can be corrected by hand.
