Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to run our warehouse of robots, spare parts, and equipment supporting customer deployments and field data operations. This role owns everything that happens to equipment inside the four walls - receiving, storage, inspection, kitting, and inventory accuracy - and hands off completed kits to the Dispatch team for delivery to the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day operations of the warehouse: layout, storage, labeling, and organization of robots, spare parts, and data collection equipment.
  • Receive incoming equipment and shipments; inspect, log condition, and check items into inventory.
  • Build and stage kits against project request manifests, and hand off completed kits to the Dispatch Coordinator for delivery to active sites.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records - quantities, condition, and location - for all equipment held in the warehouse.
  • Inspect and process returned equipment, documenting damage or missing items and routing gear for repair, restock, or retirement.
  • Manage warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance, including proper storage and handling of batteries, tools, and sensitive equipment.
  • Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff or temp labor as volume grows.
  • Partner with the Deployment Logistics Lead and Dispatch Coordinator to forecast equipment needs and flag shortages or bottlenecks before they impact a project.
  • Help build and maintain SOPs/checklists for receiving, kitting, inspection, and returns as the program scales.
  • Track equipment lifecycle data (usage, wear, repair history) to support replacement and purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or equipment operations, ideally in a hardware, robotics, or field-deployed equipment environment.
  • Track record of owning physical inventory accuracy at scale - not just receiving, but full lifecycle tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable coordinating across logistics, dispatch, and project teams.
  • Proficiency with inventory/tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, inventory systems).
  • Experience managing or leading a small team.
  • Comfortable with physical work: lifting equipment, operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) as needed.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; comfortable solving problems in real time without waiting for permission.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or hardware company warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Experience supporting rapid scaling of a field operations or deployment program.
