Description

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales to the Talent Acquisition Team.

Why join Sprout's Talent Acquisition team?

Sprout believes that every customer deserves a world-class experience and that we should be a joy to do business with. In talent acquisition, we feel the same way about our candidates. Relationship building is who we are and how we roll. As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in supporting Sprout's growth. You'll have the opportunity to form partnerships across the entire business, and you'll help connect exceptional talent to life-changing career opportunities. Not only will you get to represent a beloved product, but also a company that lives its values and truly cares about its employees. Plus, our team culture is like no other; we win together and celebrate each other's successes.

What you'll do

We're looking for an agile, high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-lifecycle recruitment for Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, and Sales Development, with flexibility to support other GTM functions like Customer Success, Marketing, People, Legal, and Finance as business needs shift. In this role, you will seamlessly flex between specialized sales searches and other business-critical roles as our priorities evolve. You will combine hands-on sourcing and screening with strategic advisor-level partnership, working directly with department leaders to refine hiring strategies and close top-tier talent, serving as a trusted talent advisor to the business. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: conducting high-volume talent engagement while delivering exceptional candidate experiences that convert the best talent into enthusiastic new hires. You'll work with moderate autonomy, managing your workflow independently while receiving guidance on new initiatives and complex challenges.

You will:

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise Sales roles as your core specialty, while flexing across other GTM functions and multiple levels, developing recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Manage a high-volume requisition load, running efficient, high-quality phone screens and candidate engagement at speed without compromising the candidate experience
  • Proactively source and attract top-tier sales and GTM talent through strategic outreach, creative sourcing techniques, and compelling employer value proposition messaging
  • Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership across multiple departments, providing guidance on talent strategy, market dynamics, and recruiting approach
  • Lead stakeholder management, proactively communicating and solving challenges with candidates and hiring teams to deliver world-class candidate and stakeholder experiences on every search
  • Drive high offer acceptance rates through personalized closing strategies, compelling offer packages, and proactive objection handling that convert top talent into enthusiastic new hires
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and talent market data to inform hiring decisions, diagnose performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement in your recruiting effectiveness
  • Collaborate with TA Operations and TA Leadership to execute process improvements that elevate recruiting strategy and operational effectiveness
  • Champion DEI through proactive talent mapping, outreach, and inclusive hiring practices that build diverse pipelines and advance equity goals
  • Manage data in talent acquisition tools and systems with the highest degree of data integrity to enable accurate reporting and decision-making
  • Use AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, screening, communication, and daily workflow efficiency, and share best practices with team members as you develop proficiency
  • Partner with TA Leadership on strategic initiatives and projects that have cross-functional impact and drive recruiting excellence

What you'll bring

We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of achieving aggressive hiring goals and successfully driving initiatives that significantly improve the recruiting and hiring process. In this role, you will serve as the dedicated recruiter for North America Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, and Sales Development, while driving strategic, complex searches across other GTM functions. You thrive in a dynamic environment that offers constant variety, giving you the opportunity to dive deep into each business unit and providing consultation to your stakeholders. You work with moderate autonomy, managing your searches independently while seeking guidance on novel challenges. You are a bar-raiser and thrive in a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative work culture, with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and filling Enterprise Sales roles
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious hiring and sourcing goals
  • Experience recruiting across multiple levels (from entry-level to leadership) and managing high-volume requisition loads within the tech/SaaS industry
  • Ability to manage workflow independently with limited supervision, prioritizing effectively across a variety of roles and shifting business needs

Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:

  • Track record of successfully recruiting across multiple GTM and G&A functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Finance)
  • Understanding of GTM talent markets and sales/success hiring practices, with the business acumen to quickly get up to speed on new functions
  • Proven track record of leveraging recruiting expertise and business acumen to improve talent acquisition processes and achieve business objectives
  • Experience with our recruiting tech stack, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI recruiting tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels

How you'll grow

Within 1 month, you'll plant your roots, including:

  • Experience Sprout's in-depth onboarding, covering everything from our company mission and values, hearing directly from executives and founders, to deep training on our products and the value that Sprout delivers to our customers
