LOCATION: Guildhall Shopping Centre, Exeter

SHIFT PATTERN: 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off (12 hour shifts)

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

As a working supervisor, you will be someone who leads by example, flexible (to support the needs of the business) and demonstrate the values of both the Centre, and those of ABM.

You will need to be someone who has a positive can-do attitude, willing to help in all areas of the business, assisting with the training and development of others, HR matters, site audits, whilst offering continued ongoing support to the soft services manager, senior supervisor, security supervisors, and centre management team.

Working an average of 42 hours per week, (4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts) you will be a confident decision maker, able to deputise in the absence of the SSM.
