Job description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the successful launch, delivery, and ongoing evolution of a mobile e-commerce platform serving customers across Latin America. You will act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, delivery expectations, timelines, risks, and long-term product vision.
This role requires a highly experienced professional who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, unify multiple perspectives, drive execution, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work closely with development teams to understand product functionality, integrations, and business value while ensuring successful customer adoption and satisfaction.
Location: Latin America (Preference for Lima, Peru) - 100% Remote. Ability to travel for in-person customer meetings when required. Working hours should overlap with U.S. business hours.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a mobile e-commerce platform launching with customers across Latin America.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, business stakeholders, leadership teams, and software development teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the application's functionality, user workflows, business use cases, and integrations.
- Effectively communicate product capabilities, benefits, and value propositions to customers and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate decision-making processes while balancing competing priorities and functional trade-offs.
- Align leadership expectations and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives.
- Identify, assess, and proactively communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive delivery excellence while maintaining focus on the long-term product vision and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Monitor project health and provide regular status updates, reports, and executive-level communications.
- Support customer onboarding, implementation activities, and ongoing relationship management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful execution in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Technical Program Management, or similar leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading the delivery of software, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product initiatives.
- Strong experience managing customer-facing projects and engaging directly with external clients.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex delivery environments involving multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and product delivery processes.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand application functionality, integrations, and technical concepts.
- Track record of successfully managing project risks, escalations, dependencies, and changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decisions and align teams without direct authority.
- Fluent Spanish (required).
- Professional English communication skills required; candidates must be comfortable communicating directly with U.S.-based leadership.
- Experience working with Latin American customers and multicultural teams is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital commerce platforms, retail technology, or customer implementation projects is a strong plus.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
