• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and brand identity
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities including campaign planning, content creation, social media management, and digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging content and compelling brand storytelling
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives to build brand visibility
• Manage and monitor social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging content, and active community interaction
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels and partnerships, providing insights to optimize results
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and brand growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and relevant communities
• Create marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect brand standards
• Support the maintenance of brand consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints
• Assist with market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, travel, luxury, or customer-focused industries
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and campaign execution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing software tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand vision into engaging customer experiences
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing activities drive business results
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance
• Experience with pre-opening projects, product launches, or event management is preferred
• Proficiency in graphic design tools or video editing software is a plus
• Flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and market conditions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
