• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, and recommend beverages.
• Mix cocktails according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Monitor and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
