As a Bellboy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive. Your dedication to the property and meticulous care for guests' belongings are essential to maintaining our high standards of service.

• Efficiently manage the timely delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and other items throughout the property
• Conduct professional and thorough room orientations for guests, ensuring they are fully informed about all amenities and services
• Maintain a vigilant presence in the lobby, serving as an ambassador for the property and brand
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to exceptional guest service at all times
• Adhere strictly to all safety and security protocols when handling guests' belongings
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer assistance when appropriate
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain an impeccable appearance and demeanor, reflecting the property's high standards

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

• Must have a valid driver's license

-Ability to stand during entire shift
