- Assist Pastry Chef / CDP Pastry in daily pastry and bakery operations.
- Prepare mise en place for desserts, pastries, breads, and baked items.
- Support in production of cakes, desserts, doughs, creams, and fillings according to standard recipes.
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet international brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pastry and bakery workstations.
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Proper storage and labeling of pastry and bakery ingredients.
- Operate pastry and bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support service requirements during peak hours and special events.
