As part of the VDYN and P&FDI teams, the System Team Leader (STL) is responsible for the technical orchestration of Brake and Prevent Motion functions (EPB, Hill Holder, Auto Hold, TPMS).

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with functional safety (FuSa), cybersecurity, and international teams to ensure the consistency and alignment of deliverables with system requirements.

Ensure Technical Consistency:

Align system requirements with VF and FuSa/Cybersecurity constraints.

Validate SDs and TNP for critical scenarios (e.g., EPB, Auto Hold).

Deliver Compliant Documentation:

Publish VFAddon and performance tables on docInfo (SFX).

Ensure traceability of changes through BBB reviews.

Contribute to Innovation:

Support the evolution of STLA Brain (LP3 Job1) for a decoupled HW/SW architecture and OTA readiness.

Optimize Global Collaboration:

Reduce inconsistencies between sites (India, USA, Brazil) through structured reviews.

Train local teams on best practices (e.g., Newton, docInfo usage).

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Embedded Systems, Automotive Electronics, or equivalent (Engineering School or University).

Experience: 5+ years in automotive system engineering, preferably in braking/ADAS functions.

Experience in cross-functional project management and international collaboration.

Knowledge of FuSa standards (ISO 26262) and automotive cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434).

Required skills:

Hard Skills

  • System Engineering: Proficiency in Vehicle Functions (VF), Sequence Diagrams (SD), and TNP.
  • Timing & Performance: Modeling of timing sequences between ECUs, performance analysis.
  • FuSa & Cybersecurity: Integration of ISO 26262 and cybersecurity requirements into deliverables.
  • Tools: Visio (UML/SD), Newton, docInfo (SFX), Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
  • Architecture: Familiarity with service-oriented and cloud-integrated architectures (STLA Brain).
  • Document Control : Experience in document management and change control (BBB reviews).
