Job description
The Crossroads Clinical Nurse Educator functions in the role of expert clinician, educator, and researcher in behavioral health. In collaboration with unit leadership and nursing staff, the Crossroads Clinical Nurse Educator monitors the clinical care of patients and provides clinical support to improve patient care and patient outcomes. Incorporated within each of these role functions, the Crossroads Clinical Nurse Educator is a role model, patient advocate, and change agent. The primary focus of this
position is the advancement of expert nursing practice.
