Job description

The Nutrition Services Supervisor supports Augusta Health’s mission by promoting service excellence, patient-centered care, and strong departmental performance. Responsibilities include greeting patients, delivering and picking up trays, assisting with meal setup, performing customer service and recovery, operating dishwashing equipment, cleaning, and maintaining sanitation. Duties also include preparing salads, desserts, and nourishments; assembling trays for regular and modified diets; taking patient meal orders; completing office tasks; and delivering meals across campus. The role ensures staff follow proper procedures, maintains accurate records such as temperature logs and attendance, upholds sanitation standards, and supervises staff to ensure smooth operations.
