Performance Improvement Coach

Job description

The Performance Improvement Coach partners with the Director of Project and Performance Management to lead organizational improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and process redesign methodologies. This role drives cross-functional process optimization and innovation to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include leading improvement projects from assessment through implementation and sustainment, coaching teams on Lean, change management, and project management principles, and collaborating with leaders and frontline staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The position may also manage traditional and Agile projects, track performance metrics, resolve project challenges, and ensure long-term success of improvement initiatives.
