Pre-Visit Supervisor - Patient Access Scheduling

Job description

This position oversees daily operations & staff in a centralized call center responsible for patient scheduling, pre-registration, payment estimates & other front-end revenue cycle functions. Ensures accurate appointment scheduling & data entry across hospital & physician group systems while maintaining regulatory compliance. Supervises staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, hiring, training, performance evaluations, recognition, coaching & mentoring. Supports corrective action & performance improvement efforts, addresses complaints & resolves operational issues. Provides call center support to maintain optimal phone coverage & efficient appointment scheduling. Collaborates with clinical & technical departments to ensure timely patient throughput & a high-quality patient access experience.
