REGISTERED NURSE - Shenandoah House RN (PRN)

Job description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care for assigned patients on a specific shift working at the Shenandoah House. Coordinates with the Hospice Care Manager on the nursing plan of care as well as carrying out provider orders and nursing standards of care using the nursing process. Collaboration with the hospice IDT, medical director, and providers to ensure quality care at end of life. Also directs and guides other members of the patient care team.
