Tax Authority Consultant (Pricing Analyst)

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Tax Authority Consultant (Pricing Analyst) to join an international project in the financial services sector.

In this role, you will support pricing benchmark and compliance activities, ensuring the collection, validation, and consolidation of business-critical data used for regulatory and tax-related reporting. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across different locations, contributing to data quality, governance, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and an interest in pricing analysis, financial services, and international compliance processes.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

  • Collect and consolidate annual benchmark data from all 2S locations (custody, settlement, clearing, cash‑management, FX) for equities, bonds and derivatives.
  • Validate data quality and consistency against internal pricing policies and external‑client comparables (minimum 20 non‑related clients per internal client).
  • Prepare and maintain the Excel template required by GTD, including market, product, volume and price per client, and ensure timely submission (Sept 2025 – Dec 2026).
  • Liaise with local finance and pricing teams to resolve data discrepancies, chase missing inputs and document the resolution process for audit purposes.

Your Main Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Pricing Analysis, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Tax Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, or similar functions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and large dataset analysis
  • Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, or Macros is considered a strong plus
  • Experience in data consolidation, reporting, and data quality control activities
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information with high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing reports and executive summaries for multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work across multiple teams and locations
  • Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar collaboration and document management tools
  • Knowledge of Transfer Pricing concepts is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial markets or securities services products is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in English
