A Fortune 50 financial services client is looking for a Marketing Campaign Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the project management team on conversion campaigns and provide creative execution support to help deliver campaign marketing strategy. This is a hands-on marketing campaign execution role focused primarily on email and direct mail campaigns. This person will help manage campaigns from creative routing and approvals through QA/testing and launch. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors and need to be comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
The Details:
- Location: Purchase, NY
- Hybrid 3 days a week in first month, then 1 day a week onsite
- Duration: 6-month engagement with possible extension
- Full time (40 Hours a week)

What you will do:
In this role, you will work closely with our financial services clients to assist in the execution of campaigns, you will take ownership of routing the creative internally, while capturing product, partner and legal approvals, ensuring all feedback is incorporated and aligns with client intended creative strategy.
Additionally:
- Ensure timely and correct file transfer and delivery between the client and vendors
- Conduct final quality control audit before the campaign communications are deployed to customers
- Manage the controls systems / workflow management for all related campaigns
- Provide critical support to the overall marketing project management team with the purpose of ensuring all deliverables are met
- Support with the development of large-scale dynamic email campaign automations
- Assist with email beta testing, QA, lives and content accuracy
- Assist with campaign creative trafficking support
- Engage in daily communications with internal stakeholders and clients
- Support with timeline management to ensure key milestones are met
- Follow and ensure email best practices are applied to campaign automations
- Manage vendors in the daily execution of projects
Qualifications
- Email marketing experience required, direct mail campaign experience nice-to-have
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented, multitaskers please apply!
- Thrive when working under pressure and with the key ability to meet deadlines
- Exhibit proactive capabilities, forward thinking to address issues before they arise
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Strong project/workflow management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Expert with Adobe Professional, Power Point and Excel
- Ability to keep a sense of humor while working in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate well cross functionally and are an enthusiastic team player
- Financial services experience preferred, not required

Additional Information
The starting pay range for this role is $45-50/hr. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
