Job Description
- Support plant standardized work framework and ensure operational consistency.
- Evaluate workplace ergonomics, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance safety and compliance.
- Implement time management practices and support project evaluation.
- Drive and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in MAE design and NPI projects from early stages to prevent build-in issues.
- Collect and analyze data to support process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, health & safety regulations, and continuous improvement methods.
- Strong willingness to learn with good communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
