Job Description

• Responsible to supervise supervisors, team leaders, and all of production team’s work regularly, evaluate their skill and performance;
• Ensure cost KPI according to the planning, focus on resource of headcount/machine/material, organize effective production, produce good quality products, fulfill ontime delivery to customers;
• Familiar with SAP production module, master the status of production plan and materials, finish goods inventory;
• In charge of production safety, work condition and environment consciousness;
• Cooperate with production planer timely and effectively, give the reasonable advice to planners
• Responsible for production 5S;
• Other tasks assigned by Superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in Electrical or Engineering field
• 5 years experience of production management
• Hardworking, diligent, intelligent, teamwork spirit and integretion
