To help fuel that growth, we need a Credit Hire Handler to join our Claims UK team.

What you'll do

• Manage your own caseload of third party credit hire claims from instruction

through to settlement or litigation.

• Liaise directly with clients, claimants, and third parties to progress cases

efficiently.

• Handle quantum disputes and advise on liability issue.
• Review payment packs and have knowledge of verify and being able to

confidently use verify.

• Identify and refer fraudulent activity and questionable underwriting.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience (2+ years) handling motor-related credit hire claims from

inception through to settlement.

• Familiarity with Verify and being able to review a payment pack.
• Technical knowledge of UK motor insurance coverages, civil procedure law,

including the claims process and litigation framework.

• Deep understanding of indemnity, liability assessment, and quantum

calculation/estimation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent

Prima.

• Strong attention to detail, with a problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable working in a growing / scale-up business environment.
