Job description
Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.
This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
THE ROLE
Everpure is making a board-backed investment to build Managed Service Providers (MSPs) into a strategic growth engine, and we need our first MSP Enablement Manager to lead it. You'll own the enablement strategy for our global MSP ecosystem worldwide: building the learning paths, competency frameworks, and accreditation programmes that let partners position, sell, deploy, and grow services on the Everpure platform. You'll work across Partner Programs, Product Marketing, Sales, Systems Engineering, Alliances, and Distribution - shaping this from close to zero, not inheriting an established playbook.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the global MSP enablement strategy, defining role-based learning journeys for MSP sales, technical, services, and practice manager audiences
- Build MSP competency frameworks and accreditation pathways covering pre-sales and post-sales capability, and develop programmes that help partners build and scale Storage-as-a-Service offerings on Evergreen//One
- Partner with the Partner Enablement and field teams to build MSP-focused learning content, and define enablement requirements for new product launches and platform changes
- Work with Senior Partner Technical Readiness Managers to define technical readiness requirements and drive onboarding for strategic MSP partners
- Act as the enablement point of contact for Partner Programs, Product Marketing, Alliances, Services, and Sales on MSP initiatives; define and track KPIs for enablement effectiveness and report insights to executive stakeholders
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, partner success, partner operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Managed Service Provider business models.
- Experience supporting recurring revenue, cloud, STaaS, subscription, or managed services ecosystems.
- Ability to work effectively across sales, technical, marketing, operations, and executive teams.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working with global partner ecosystems.
- Not an exact "enablement" title match on your CV? That's normal; we're also looking at Partner Technical Managers, Channel SEs, and MSP-side architects from competitor backgrounds (HP, NetApp, Red Hat, and similar)
