Conversion Manager (Thai-speaking)

Job description

We’re looking for a proactive Conversion Manager (English & Thai Speaker) to be the first human voice our new clients hear. You'll call people who have just registered, show them what the platform actually does, and help them take their first confident steps — turning sign-ups into active, informed users. This is a phone-first role: your day is built around conversations, follow-ups, and a clean CRM.

Tasks:

• Conduct welcome calls to newly registered clients and introduce them to the platform
• Guide clients through key platform features, helping them take meaningful first steps toward activation
• Drive client conversion by proactively engaging users and moving them toward becoming active on the platform
• Inform clients about platform updates, new features, or important changes
• Address initial client questions and provide clear, helpful guidance
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve the onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in Thai and English — both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based client interactions
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Prior experience in a conversion, retention, or client success role
• Background in fintech, trading platforms, or digital products
• Familiarity with CRM tools and client outreach workflows
