Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends, FTC until February 2028

Location: Warminster

Your Role:
As a Multiskilled Labourer, you will support Construction Projects Team activities, providing skilled labour to assist project delivery, temporary works, site investigations and pre-construction activities across the business.

• You will be supporting project managers with reactive remedial repairs, general building works and minor new works projects.

• You will be attending and resolving urgent health and safety issues as directed and maintaining safe systems of work.

+ You will be managing and erecting site fencing, maintaining stock and supporting temporary works activities.

• You will be operating plant and equipment, including access platforms and telehandlers, where authorised and required.

• You will be working independently to organise and manage daily workload while maintaining productivity and workmanship standards.

+ You will be supervising or directing subcontractors where appropriate and supporting clients, customers and stakeholders as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: You will hold a full valid UK driving licence and relevant operator qualifications for mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers, and be eligible to obtain Ministry of Defence security clearance.

• Experience: You will have proven experience as a multiskilled labourer, a strong understanding of safe systems of work and broad construction industry disciplines, together with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

+ Skills: You will demonstrate a customer-focused and proactive approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound problem-solving ability, and the initiative to take responsibility for the successful completion of work activities.
